So, that’s been a while again. I’m quite busy lately so I really don’t have the time to do new looks and get in to make up as much as I did before. Shame on me. So I pulled off some green smokey eye (I did a few of those before) but then with my shimmer palette. I find it much easier to blend the shimmery eyeshadow I’m actually amazed by myself why I don’t use it that much. Nothing fancy..just…a green smokey eye. With shimmery eyeshadows.

Okay, so lately I’m into the Sex Pistols. I know, I always discover great bands way too late. Anyways, while listening to Anarchy in the UK, I became a little inspired. So I made this red, white and blue look. Not realising that today it’s Queensday here in Holland, and so it’s also perfect for today!

Okay, time for something different. Well, it’s AGAIN a smokey / smoky eye, but I decided to use some serious gold. Yesterday I had this “reunion” of my old school friends, who I haven’t seen for a while. I still have good contact with them (Nicky is one of my best friends!) and we decided to catch up. I matched my whole outfit, even the nailpolish matched!

Through Edinburgh! Last weekend I spent in Edinburgh, Scotland, together with my boyfriend Lesley. And my gosh, the weather was SO much better than here in the Netherlands. But it was still cold and because walked very far and very much, my skin suffered. It ended up completely dry, what you can SEE on the next pictures. Anyways, I had a blast and I love the Scots and I already want to go back! I also did some serious shopping and bought LOTS of Barry M. Well 4 dazzledusts, and I wanted to try…so:

Smintey…because it has a mint color! And it’s a smokey eye! So…smintey! Hah! Anyways. I wanted to something with a mint color, but I wanted it to be a smokey eye, so here we go. Enough said.

Tibetan Book of the Dead

Now for something…ordinary? Just more wearable 
. This also another old look, but one I still like and turned out quite well. It was a lazy Saturday morning and I had to do grocery shopping so I went out like this. It’s a quite normal smokey blue eye, nothing special. Anyways, it’s called Tibetan Book of the Dead cause I was listening to this song by my alltime favorite band, Live. I never got the chance to see them live (haha) and now I’m sad because Ed Kowalczyk was thrown out of the band. So, Ed, this one is for you!
